PROJECT OVERVIEW: The COVID-19 pandemic caused a severe decline in consumers going outside of their home for goods and services. This resulted in the closure of many location-based businesses. As unemployed workers adjusted to this new labor market and consumer landscape, many took the initiative to start their own independent small business that focused on delivering goods and services to consumers. Toyota saw an opportunity in this shifting marketplace to promote the latest version of their minivan, the Sienna. Working with the creative agency, KONVOY, Jeff helped concept a social media campaign that imagined how a list of small mobile service businesses would come to life using the Toyota Sienna as the business platform.
